«Celulad» - complex microbial-enzyme preparation, to accelerate the process of humification of plant residues, mineralization of nutrients and soil improvement.

Optimal conditions for the preparation: pH 5.0-7.0; temperature of 15-40°C, 60-70% soil moisture.

The preparation «Celulad» includes three strains of the fungus Trichoderma - Tr. viridie, Tr. harzianum, enhanced strain MT 17 and the fungus Trichoderma reesei conidia (spores), with a titer of 2•109 KOE living cells, metabolic products (Cl - Cellulase 1000 U/ml; C1 Cellulase 200 U/ml, plant hormones, antibiotics, vitamins, etc.).

Fungi of the genus Trichoderma - the most active and the most common destructors cellulose and lignin - the main components of dry crop residues, due to the production of the active complex cellulolytic enzymes. Also, they are active and effective antagonists gumifikatoramy many major pathogens of fungal and bacterial diseases of plants, highlighting the large number of natural antibiotics. Due to the rapid propagation in the soil fungus Trichoderma suppresses the development of pathogenic organisms, showing efficient natural fungicidal activity against common plant pathogens: Alternaria, Pythium, Rhisoctonia, Helminthosporium, Fusarium, Verticillium, and the like. At the post-harvest residues fungus Trichoderma mycelium twist around its soil and root system of plants, and waste products, selected mycelium, are a valuable source of nutrients for plants and soil biota.

The rationale for the use of the preparation «Celulad»:
After harvesting grain yield of 4.5 t/ha, on the basis of the average is about 8 t/ha. residue (stubble, straw, chaff, roots) that utilize a fire or make the soil by adding ammonium nitrate at the rate of 30 kg physical weight for each ton of debris. Studies conducted in the Vinnitsa State Agricultural Experiment Station, showed the effectiveness of the preparation "celulad" stubble in the No-Till. Using the preparation in the autumn months, it is important to be guided by the average daily temperature. If the average daily temperature is below +5°C, it is advisable to postpone the application of the preparation on the spring.

The technology of the preparation «Celulad»:

  • For best results, make preparation for the harvest residues immediately after harvest.
  • The residual field must be grinding (30-100 mm) and placed evenly over the area.
  • The preparation is used at temperatures from +5°C to +45°C, in a period of low solar activity (18.00 - 10.00), or cloudy conditions.
  • To be most effective and fast-acting preparation, it is recommended immediately after application to make the preparation in the soil from 5-15cm. And in the case of No-Till, roll the roller treated area.

The product is compatible with most insecticides, herbicides, biological preparations, fertilizers, and not compatible with chemical fungicides. Shows a synergistic effect with preparations «Biomag», «Biofosforin», «Gaubsin», «Phytodoctor» ruler and micronutrients "Harvest".

Before mixing the components, it is advisable to test the formation of sludge in a separate container.

Preparation of working solution:
